Default Kidney Stones

so what causes kidney stones?? i've been taking multivitamins for years and i know that most of it gets filter out into my urine, so i was wondering if that extra stuff going through the urinary tract will cause premature clogging, leading to maybe kidney stones...

Excessive amounts of supplemental Vitamin C
Lack of water intake
Too much soda and/or beer consumption

Many things help to create kidney stones.

Ooooo...my dad and my uncle have had kidney stones and they both described it as the worst pain imaginable. They take you to the hospital and make you drink this drink (I don't know what it is) and then you have to hold out on going to the bathroom for like, 8 hours or something crazy. Then when you finally get to go, you pass the stone.

Does not sound like a fun day!

Kidney stones are present from calcium leaching from your bones. This probably is caused by the high PH (acids) in soft drinks. There is no reputable documentation that vitamine c causes this leaching. In fact, if you research vitamine c, you will come away taking more vitamine c and not less.
