But actually I had watched him jump his Buddy's car 3 times and it is an Infinitey regular size (Height I mean) so I backed mine in between the ramps and said GO FOR IT!! Ill admit I was a little nervous mainly concered about the Buds sittin in the car gettin hurt but I new he could do it! He clears it fine even though it looks like hes commin down on top of them. It was Fun

that's super cool that you allow your son to experience life
FEAR--holds back a lot of life that should be lived--
when i was a little grrl--my mother's husband found me on the soccer field and grabbed me and said "you want soccer, i'll sock your face."
and to this day--i wish i had a chance to be an athlete--i was kept from doing a lot of things because i am a grrl--
where's that darn icon of the middle finger--cuz i live my life the way i want--
ok--well i always say a little more than i should but--i practice free speech and i like to share things--so thanks for sharing that awesome pic of your son

hehe... I hadn't seen it until now. My back hurts just thinking about the landing!
If that's the bike he uses in downhill racing, I can guarantee you he has at least 5 inches of suspension travel, front and rear; I wouldn't be surprised if he had 8 or 9 inches all-around. With that said, you can rest assured that vtecmom's son most likely did not feel the landing.
I'm a biker myself (more XX than DH - I'm too much of a pussy!)... So let me clarify something: Downhill MTB racing is the most extreme form of biking! Absolutely, no questions asked! watch this video for proof.
I guess my mom can be cool at times... Although she does have a TT minivan!
