Kudos to King Motorsports!
My GSR was in need of a new clutch since the old wouldn't fully disengage. Scott at King recommended an ITR unit and ordered up the parts.
The install was done in about 3 hours and the car was running great (thanks Tim). I also had Tim install an AEM bypass valve so I could stop worry about hydrolocking the motor with my CAI.
While the car was being worked on I hauled my wheels/tires over to Scott's local tire shop (in his truck) and equiped the car with some Blizzak LM-22's for the rough Chicago winter. Scott's tire shop had me in and out in about 40 minutes (thanks to Marty at Big Bear Tire).
All in all - another great experience with King Motorsports. Great people, great prices and great service.
Some other things to note:
- The Mugen/King RSX was looking quite good (although the wing is a bit much, IMHO).
- The Mugen CF hood (CF that is finished in clearcoat - meant to be unpainted) looked pretty awesome and I can only imagine what the hardtop looks like!
