Default Last minute gift ideas?

Yes, I'm aware it's December 22nd.

This is the earliest I've ever begun shopping.

Anyway, I have a blind secret-santa gift exchange. It has a name, but I don't know recall it, but basically everyone contributes one gift, draws numbers, and then goes through and picks something. Whoever goes first picks whatever and opens it; the 2nd person can either take what the first person opened or pick something else. The 3rd person can take either of the first twos selections, or a new one. If yours gets taken, you can reselect, again choosing from anyone that's opened (except whatever you just lost) or a new one from the tree. Basically you want to pick last, as you get to see all but one thing. We've done this for four years, any my best picking spot was 5th (out of 15-18). I usually get crap.

Anyway, I don't know what to get this year. The limit is $25, but it's soft, so I'd say $20-30 is the range. Gift Certificates aren't allowed unless they're themed. Most of the other people live in a different city, so I can't get anything local to where I live. Past ideas have been tools, DVDs (didn't go over well), wine + wine glasses, and so forth...

Ideas?

How about a pair of tickets to a sporting event (ie: NHL, NBA, etc.)? Usually you can get two top-tier seats that aren't too expensive.

Thanks for the ideas! I ended up getting a stainless bar set and a bartender book. My family is a bunch of alcoholics, so it should be popular

Merry x-mas!

I know you said no to DVDs but best buy has 32 different dvds for $8.

I second the Target idea. Picture frames are always good.

Buy the Bartenders Guide - every drink imaginable is listed. $15 at Barnes and Noble - add a set of 4 glasses from your local supermarket and theres $25.
