That explains the story. I'm concerned that if I take them to small claims court, they will just turn around, appeal, then take me to civil court. I will then need a lawyer which may cost more then I'll get back. Does any one have experience or knowledge regarding this type of trial?

i don't have anything to do w/them and haven't really read thru all the information on their website yet, but a friend told me about it recently and it seems intriguing; haven't had the chance to research them more though.

No need for lawyers on this. I'd be a big giant pain in someones ass for months to come.
