OK. This really sucks! Story goes like this.

Back in May I loaned my Uncle $6000
Now he is about to file bankruptcy
He has the money to pay me back, and wants to
His bankruptcy attorney tells him that if he pays me, then his creditors will sue me to get the $6000 back

So I guess the question is, what do I need to do to protect myself?
