So last night I got pulled, apparently (unknown to me) I have been driving without a license for 3 months now. The cop took the license I had on me and wrote me a ticket for driving w/o a license. Today I am going to the DMV to get my license back, but when I go to court for the ticket do I just need to show that I have my license now or should I get a lawyer?

 

You don't likely need a lawyer IMO.

 

Why would you need a lawyer? You fixed the problem so you could ask for a reduced fine or something. They likely won't grant it, but you could try.
