Legal issue... anyone with knowledge?
your insurance covers the car regardless of who is driving. if your friend has insurance, your company may ask his company to pay. File a claim, pay your deductable, fix the car, and stop being a retard, IMHO. You will never be able to "force" your friend to pay you, but his insurance may pay such a small settlement, then raise his premium a bit. Worst case is your premium might go up a bit (but I doubt it), but then, you are responsble for letting people drive your car.

Good god you're a moron. Do you have anything to contribute?
Does every reply in every thread by you have to include some ridiculously unintelligent one liner picture that takes up the entire thread?

-This is a post from way back that you have no clue about and something we all found humorous. Every post you make is derogatory in some manner, you are truly one of the biggest e-jackasses I have ever encountered. Please retreat back to your cabin in the woods, Mr. Unabomber.
This thread has turned to shit thanks to a couple of folk that apparently never made mistakes of their own. Truth is that this kid is brave enough to admit he made a mistake and wants to learn from it and telling him that he is a neive (sic) moron isn't constructive criticism. Its self righteousness. Take a look at your own life before you judge others'

Did you read my entire post?
All the clowning on this thread and you pick mine to say I'm self righteous?

sorry....got something in my eye..
Maybe you should read my entire post
as in more than one, or not singular.
If it helps you sleep better while my post was someone directed towards you it was intended more for the immature name calling from no really. Calling someone a retard wasn't even acceptable when you were a teenager let alone now that you're impersonating an adult.

a couple
