Exactly. Buy lots of phone cards. Have a good internet connection. I talk to her on the webcam a few times each week. Eventually when we are both comfortable we will talk marriage and then we only have to wait for the VISA stuff to go through.
My second rant:
Getting a VISA is too damn hard and expensive! She can't even come here to visit me for an hour without a VISA (that won't get approved without serious financial holdings) because her countries people are considered a runaway risk. But we american can stay there for 21 days without a VISA and get nearly unlimited extensions.
