with that said... i can't stand republicans and their backwards logic. it's not a handout... it's an INVESTMENT. other countries pay for their citizen's higher education and their HEALTHCARE. don't even get me started on universal healthcare. we're the only industrialized nation that has that attitude towards their people. government should be a SERVICE for the people... not the other way around. this country would be a much better place if our pres. could pull his head out of his ass and start focusing on domestic issues and stop spending money we don't have on wars we can't win.
