Went to the Family Values concert in downtown SJ last night and Linkin Park rocked!!! They were the 3rd of 5 bands to appear and by far, they were the best, judging by the crowd reaction. Static X is a little hard core for me. Stone Temple Pilots played a lot of their classic stuff And Stained did a good job of mixing their hard and mellow stuff. But Linkin Park rocked hard!!! (Did I say that already). The venue is allright if you've got floor admission. Otherwise, you're not getting down there (my buddy tried to slip the attendant $100 for 3 people and got turned down). Anyhows, I'll be listening to their CD for the next couple of days.

 

saw the show a couple of weeks ago in NJ and i thought STP was by far the best performer...Linkin Park was good but you couldn't hear their vocals....Static-X rocked...definately liked their show...i thought for sure Staind was the worst...i didn't catch the opening band Deadsy but i'm sure they were better than staind....staind lulled everyone to sleep...STP had to get the show going again after linkin park had the place rocking.
