"Section 8" Tenants bring there own particular types of issues. Stay away from these sorts of income producing properties and the problem is resolved. Stick to single family homes rented out to tenants that are not on public assistance and the problems will be minimized.

there is no real problem.... i don't give a shit if my tenants have 4 kids to some idiot who plays playstation all day..... they will do it in someone else's house if it isn't in mine.... the bills get paid (by the gov't) and the house remains sort of intact.....

I just like to share some of the experience....... bi-weekly $40 for fingernail painting and living in the ghetto stuff that is worth sharing....

Man S8 renter suck... I gota work my ass off to pay for stuff, and ppl can get a free ride just because they are "poor".... don't get me wrong, I have no problem giving assistant to people who can't take care of themself (like Elder, People that have Sickness that can't take care of themself, Mental challenged...etc) but for able body person, they should get their lazy ass up and go to work! I don't care is McD or Taco Bell! Work or you don't get shxt. Period!

I guess in US, it's good to be dirt poor, cause you can have everything handed to you.

 

god i'm glad i'm not the only one who notices only the ghetto-ist of women have acrylic nails. how do they afford it? i can't even afford it... well, i can, i'm just not that retarded with my money. it's $40 to get them done and then you have to get them filled every couple weeks for at least $25. I DON'T GET IT. who has that kind of money to waste on NAILS? and the only people i ever notice with acrylic nails is ghetto b1tch3s.
