Section 8 should be abolished or totally overhauled. We have two tenants which are section 8. Between battling the city for correct payment due via judgmental increases, and the lazy nut not letting our super into her unit, it's driving me crazy.

We've been trying to evict one of the S8's for two years now. Just yesterday she filed another complaint against us for failure of keeping her unit 'livable'. She had two very large dogs which she allowed them to defecate all over the apartment, bathe them in the living room, and wouldn

"All Up In Peoples Business" would be a great title.

"Plantation Mentality" would be another great title.

"Own An Nsx And Can't Afford Tires" is another great title.

"Dying Lonely And Miserable With Beaucoup Bucks" is another great title.

"The Foremost Fecal Judge" is another fitting title.

You are really starting to sound like Steve C. Your posts are more annoying all the time. Get a girlfriend, get laid, and get out of everybodys business.
I am not in anyone's business... I simply post what I see and it is horrible. People really need to wake the **** up. If you follow my posts, I offer any tenant kid $ for good grades.... barely any of them actually do it, but I offer to help them move up in life.

O ya....Can I borrow a few $ for my tires?

We're quite frightened that when the day comes when she has to finally leave, that she'll burn the entire place down.

Don't joke, I know someone who had that happen to them. The janitor in my office was living in an 8 unit apartment where one of the tenants was always fueding with the landlord. On thanksgiving day these tenants knocked on every door and told people to get out because the building was on fire. These folks went out to a waiting taxi and were never seen again.

The fire department found that they poured gas in their unit and set it on fire. The guy I knew (Larry) had no renters insurance and lost everything he and his family had. Since the tenents who burned the place had nothing (it was a ghetto mother and adult daughter) the legal system had no interest in even trying to track them down.

please explain.

I don't have any situation other than I think it is funny (but not really) that my Section 8 tenants seem to be brainless breeders of people who will never be loved or propertly raised...... who will themselves repeat the exact same process..... and so on and so on......

that's horrible. the only thing that would comfort me if i were in that situation is: karma is a bitch. but even that wouldn't be enough.

Un-fvcking-believable. I'm all for street justice in a lot of cases but this is just mindless hatred.
