Make sure you get a water heater.......or he won't eat. Heaters are cheap. Basking lamp is very important. Most importantly, he needs clean water. If you don't buy a nice filter, change the water fairly frequently.

I've had a turtle for almost 12 years now.....Tito. Tito the turtle. They require more care than most people think.

Hmm... I bought a water heater and some blood worms today. I haven't seen the little guy eat anything since i got him though. I'm getting a little worried... Right now he's sitting in some lukewarm water with some live bloodworms and a stick of turtle food. Not even a nibble. All he does is blink at me!
