If u look carefully at a scrnshot, its Terry Quinn (locke) with a wig and beard.
im not sure what this means... maybe the future or past John? Or maybe the producers used Terry for this scene so fans like me can make some ridiculous theory and when we do see jacobs face, its someone that looks like terry, but a different actor.

Did you see the woman that Charlie saved from mugging was Nadia, Sayid's GF? She had a cross with Locke too. He was inspecting her house.

So Annie (wasn't that her name) the childhood friend of Ben. I don't believe they'd set up a character with that kind of background and connection to Ben and then discard her without any reference at all. Therefore she didn't die in the purge.

But the Annie we saw during Ben's episode had brown hair, right? Though I suppose stranger things have happened on this show than someone changing the color of their hair. . .
Definately possible that Ben sent her down there to be safe from the purge (or at least made sure the purge happened at a time she wouldnt be there at the time).
