Annie could be the brunette. Some speculate that Rousseau is Annie. Not sure about that one, but the brunette from the Looking Glass could be her. I'll be curious to see if there are any offspring running around down there...

I'm pretty sure Jacob is not Locke from the close ups of the screen grabs. I think Ben is holding Jacob captive and Locke will kill Ben and release Jacob.
