Whats next, filing suit against a beach resort because they failed to tell you that too much sun can cause cancer?

That sure is ridiculous...I'm sure he won't get anywhere with his case, but if he did I would be seriously pissed.

"you have to be a rocket scientist" to be able to read labels that he said were deliberately designed to be confusing
I'm not a rocket scientist, I have no problem figuring out what labels mean. I had no troubles when I was about 10 years old and was starting to cook my own meals. For example, my can of coke has 140 calories, no fat, 50mg sodium, 39g of carbs (all sugar), and no protein. In other words, it's bad for me. Duh? I've been to several restaurants (wendy's and McD's included) that have a big chart with all the nutrition info on them. However, itt takes about 3 seconds of looking at the food to figure out it's bad for you, I don't even know why you'd need a nutrition info chart to realize that.

I'd like to fry this guy in a pool of 400 degree lard. Drink it up, dumbass.

A National Restaurant Association executive said the lawsuit "gives frivolous a bad name."
Amen to that!

Ridiculous or not it's the logical extension of the same theory used in the tobacco cases. Namely that the company is putting out a defective product which harms the consumer. It was only a matter of time until suits like this started up.

This case won't get anywhere, because it would set a terrible precedent. I would like to know what moron of a lawyer decided, "Hey, this is a good case!"
