for me it is radio ads:
Blue Bell ice cream can kiss my white butt. I will never buy their product simply because I have endured thier radio commercial jingle/song over and over again.

I can't believe more people don't have TiVo's or other DVR's. I fast-forward through almost every commercial.
Anything Verizon is annoying. The Chad Alltel commercials are getting old too.
I typically watch CNN during the day, so you can't get around the commercials with a DVR, unless you want to watch yesterday's news.

I absolutely despise that perky red headed bitch that has been hawking DirecTV satellite internet service for years and years.
I also hate radio commercials that have loud horn honks or squealing tires as sound effects. Freaks me out the first time I hear it while driving.

all this just means it's working...
There are these commercials for some community college in upstate New York I think, and they've got this idiot black dude with a crooked hat on talking about how you need to get up off your sofa and better yourself by signing up for classes. The guy looks like an idiot because it's apparent that they tried to dumb him down to appeal to their target market. "Yea, that homeboy on tv looks like he could roll in my crew cause he's down with the streets. I'ma check out that Dyouville College (or whatever)"
