Ok my comp is driving me crazy.

It all started when I downloaded some fragment program and some disk clean up program and ram booster program.

A few days after that I noticed when I was using interent explorer, everything would suddenly freeze up like some huge program was loading, then the boxes on the bottom (tasks such as instant messages, IE boxes) and the tool bar where the time is all suddenly turned white for a few seconds. Then I'm kicked off the internet and can't log back on. The internet connection is still on the computer says but it isn't.

So I was thinking maybe some IE virus. I got mozilla and same thing......

The thing is int he past when I ran out of memory a icon box would pop up and say virtual memory being used now since you are low.

I got rid of ram booster. Again it only happens when I have a webpage open and when a large web page full of pictures appears. Example is on s2000 talk on the scam thread.

any advice guys?? I ran 2 diff virus scans nothing popped up. I also have a virus shield.....
