If they are asking for a bail-out or low interest loan, then #### them.

Now, can we give them a ridiculously high interest loan?

Who is "we"? If they're worth saving, private investors would step up and do it.

Lets give the bailout to companies that are making things in america that we acctually want like tesla and get the must needed cars of the future. If we buy Teslas products soon they wont be 90,000 dollars. We need to stop paving the streets of Saudi Arabia with gold. The Big 3 destroyed themselves by selling out to oil companies

I have worked with GM/Ford's suppliers and found it to be true that they either don't know (I doubt this) or don't want to compete with high quality imports.

If you can fool the population into buying crappy cars - why bother?

I love the new CTS - why didn't GM step up their game when the 1990 Lexus LS400 hit the streets? Not enough of a wake-up call?

Time to look beyond the state of Michigan for competition.....too bad it's too late for the big 3.

i read this line and damn near pissed myself......the words gm and best model ever just don't go together these days ,i was a pontiac ,buick ,and gmc mechanic

we got so many recalls and tsb's we ran out of paper for two days ,

my thing with gm, ford, and chrysler if they made a product worth a sh*t they wouldn't be in the pickle they are in right now, besides that, it's the management that keeps running themselves into the ground
