I am still a member of the Miata forum and my local Miata club, even though I have an S2000 now, so I keep up with what is going on in the Miata community. I just wanted to let you know about a Miata raffle that is currently going on. It is for a good cause and I know that I would not mind having a Miata again.

Here is the info:

Triple Crown Academy, a new school in Louisville, KY is raffling a 1993 Red Miata (Type-C) that was donated by one of our parents. The car is in excellent condition!

Tickets are $10 each (6 for $50), and we are selling only 2000 total.

This is legitimate (see info below). The drawing will be held on June 10th at 8pm EST at St. Martin of Tours Church, Louisville, KY. If you are interested, please email me with your name & address and number of tickets desired, and I will mail them to you to fill out and return to us with your check. I can also email you with pictures, if requested.

Specs: Type C, 57K miles, red w/tan leather interior, tan cloth top,
5-speed, rear wing spoiler, polished alum kick plates, 16" low profile
custom wheels/tires, power windows, mirrors, am/fm cassette, one indoor and
one outdoor cover.

Legitimacy:
Our school name is Triple Crown Academy. We are affiliated with the National Consultants for Education, which has 35 schools in it's network throughout the US. We have just registered our domain name http://www.triplecrownacademy.com <http://www.triplecrownacademy.com/> at PowWeb,
but have not put up the site yet.
