I always thought the 't' was silent, until I heard a French TV chef say it. You do pronounce the 't', so it is "mo-et". From my very doubtful knowledge of French though this may depend on the word that comes next, as in whether it starts with a vowel or consonant. Anyway when the French TV chef I saw said "Moet et Chandon" the 't' in "Moet" was pronounced and the one in "et" was not.
