I've got a John Deere LA105 rider with a 2 bushel bagger. I like the 42" deck. Not a fan of the briggs engine (very loud and rough running). I'd call it OK but not great. Traction is poor with a lot of wheel-spin on damp inclines and the pipe for the bagger clogs if the grass is too long. Battery is kaput after 2 years, have to start it with a booster. A pull cord option would have been nice.

I have an LT195 (6 yo-220 hrs), and a mulching kit. 48" deck and the Kawi engine-big fan-, just replaced the drive belt and it is an amazing difference on slipping and speed on the hydro trans.

The Harmony push is now 13 yo and running like a champ.
