Default MS Access help?

I have a question regarding MS Access (which may or may not need an expert to answer )

When I specify in the startup manual (tool -> startup) to pretty much remove all menus, button, special keys, etc.

how can i bring them back [if i wish to]?

somebody told me to press the [Shift] key when starting the Access file up but it didn't work.

thanks

I'm no Access pro, but did you try start Access first, then open the file and go back to "tools --> startup" and re-enable the options?

yep. tools-startup. to get to the database window after you have disabled it, I think it is under click on "enable database window"

if you are talking about the file/edit menu and what-not, those are only disable-able through VBA scripting.

Once you get the database window up, you can right-click in that top window area to bring back all of the button groups. there is a button in one of the button groups for the database window. once you get that window open, right-click and select startup. the startup options appear.

FYI, PM excel2excel if you have more questions. That guy's a master to the point where it's his S2KI name...
