is there an easy way to find table size (in MB) in MS SQL database?

Yes. Open up Microsoft SQL Server Management and log into the database. Expand databases, then the database which contains your table. Then expand tables, find your specific table, right click and properties. Under the Storage section, look at "Data space"

In KB, but easy to convert.
