Default Multi GB discounts

I was just thinking, that since a lot of the items forsale are from the same sellers, wouldn't it be great if we got some sort of discounts for our multi purchases?

for instance, i am in a group buy with 4IGS2000 on the shift knob, the Vafc and the harness

that is a total of 110+280+170. instead of spending 560, wouldn't it be great if we got something off? like 5% off or a tiered level, you buy one item, regular price, two items, 3% 3 items 5% and so forth... that will also save on shipping if we received it all in one package....

isn't this a great idea???

This would also work for MUZMAT and Rick's Accessories and whoever else that has multiple items listed......

just my $.0199 cents

Some current group buy prices are so low, that its very difficult to even justify doing the work with the fees of a) merchant account, b) packaging, c) time filling out the paperwork and taking the boxes to be shipped out/having UPS/FedEx pick them up, d) any problems with returns on any of the items, any issues with the items in customer support, not to mention e) site sponsorship fees. This is the result you get when vendors nickle and dime each other. It actually hurts the resellers and distributors, yet the vendors and the customers are contempt because they got rid of products and the customers know they got the cheapest price they could find. It is a free market economy, but I've learned that its also ruining a lot of brick and mortar shops, where they have other expenses, such as salaries, commissions, insurance, shops, etc. to shell out money for.

/end rant.
