Default Multimedia CDs, how do you play on the computer?

OK this is silly, but I just bought the new Liz Phair CD, and I put it into my computer and it starts a Macromedia deal with a pretty splash page. It allows me to log into a special site with more songs etc. BUT I want to play the music while I'm here at work and I can't find a way to do it? If I use windows media player to navigate to the drive with the CD in it, it shows a bunch of files but no .cda tracks. Let's say I wanted add the music to a movie I'm working on? How do you guys get these to work?
