Default My dog smells like a dead skunk!

The last couple of days, I'd be sitting there, minding my own business when suddenly there is this smell quite reminiscent of DEAD SKUNK! It is REALLY fowl! I can't imagine what I've fed the thing to make it fart like that!

Just something from personal experience. My previous German Shep use to have the same problem. I took him to the Vet because he just kept doing it and it was driving me crazy. Turned out he had a medical problem something was clogged in him, that needed to be fixed (forgot the correct medical term). It wasn't a diet thing.

I bet you $5 Dan that Xviper's already thinking of a way to fix his dog himself

Xviper, the 'time stamp' of your pic would suggest your dog is dead. Kidding

It's been so cold around here lately that the dog doesn't want to go out as usual to do it's business so she could be blocked up from that. The wife will check with the vet (she pays the vet bills ), I pay for the food .
(I have this big cork out of a wine bottle .......... )

He looks "exhausted." Hope he's okay. Maybe a little Beano, eh?

Could be his anal sac needs to be emptied.
Most dog roomers take care of it when you bring the dog in for a grooming.
Is he draggin his butt on the carpet like he is about to do a breakdance move ?

No, she's not exhausted. She gets just sleeps all day when there's nothing to do. She a 1.5 - 2 hour walk every day. That's what she looks forward to.
Nope, she's not dragging her ass around. Aside from the really rank farts, she's otherwise perfectly normal - good appetite, attentive when talked to, pissed off as usual when the cats bug her, nothing out of the ordinary. She's been eating some brocolli and cabbage (raw) cuttings lately. She really likes veggies. I'm not too concerned but the wife will check it out.
