Basically it was getting close to time to renew the tag. I would need to do maintainence, a few mods I wanted, tax/tag, etc. It would amount to about $10k. So it went to do I want to drop 10 k into the car and take another year of depreciation or I could sell the car and get something else. I decided to get something else. I've found a car that I really want. I'm trying to nego on it right now. If I get it I'll be very happy.

reason number 328 why I guess I’ll never own an exotic... so the 10 grand will be taken off your sell price assuming the buyer is educated, not sure how this saves you money but then again I’m not sure what you are buying.

Interesting obviously keep us posted, like you the countach was always my high school wet dream. My buddy and I friended a girl whose dad had one, went over to her place one night when her rents were out of town and sat in it for what seemed like hours...

Since I’ve grown up I thought Ferraris were it and a serious car while lambos were big and ostentatious painted purple with rims swapped and in every wrappers garage. In the last few years they've gained some ground with me but I really respect Ferraris and their lineage and performance... cool to hear what you went through in your search.

I kid my girl all the time about getting something Italian, taking out a loan on our house and paying it off over 20 years... the other day she actually asked what I would need for a budget... progress?? Not really I think she was looking for a number like $60K Ha! Even if I could do it the maintenance scares the hell out of me. i told her i need 6 figures and that was that...

I don't suppose you would tell us what you are looking for now?
