My new website just went live last night!
I like the premise of the website, clean, nice colors, I like the use of lighting.
However. It's very circa 2001 in it's design, the font is small, it doesn't use much screen real estate. Modern sites have better typography and focus on the 'look and feel' more.
For examples go to http://cssmania.com/ and notice how those sites usually have a really distinctive style. Your site has the seed of n idea but need to be further developed to be a modern design.
Also where's your blog? You should get a blog for the business, which can be used to post pics and general info about car detailing and car detailing tips. GREAT for SEO, pretty much essential if you want to rank well.

Some of the best feeback yet
I wasn't trying to ask people what they would change because it was THEIR opinion.. but how to better the site overall. This was the most helpful yet, thanks a lot for the constructive criticism.
Do my customers need to drive luxury and exotics?
No. But is someone with a 90 Civic going to pay $500+ for a full detail? No. So I specialize in them.. but it doesn't mean I don't include everyone else. If someone wants to pay, I'll do my absolute best on any car/paint
The garage shots:
If they were all professional shots, it would actually take away from the details. The detailing community is VERY tight knit.. and if I'm out there getting pro shoots done for every car.. it'd be "Why? the results should speak for themselves". That's why I shoot in the garage: it's where I work. Whether it's my garage, or the clients garage. No, it's not a "garage business" but if I had $3000 extra per month to have a professional shop.. I'd been done that a long time ago
. And then there's those clients who don't/can't go to the shop.. still end up in a garage
.
Lighting:
I'm not a pro photographer, and again, it would actually take away from the detail (i know it sounds stupid--but trust me). So that's why they're there.
As a note: it's not the start of my business--I've been doing this a while. Just behind on the website thing
Thanks again everyone

My best advice is this: accept advice, when you've asked for it, take it for what it's worth, don't attempt to justify your initial input (agree or disagree) Just a thought..
Good luck!
