No one participating in the Backlot has expressed any interest in Nudity, or allowing it.I can't speak for everyone else but when the backlot was opened I was an expecting a section that had more relaxed atmosphere than the OT, with less definitive rules, where fun, interesting, and taboo topics can be approached. A section where everything goes and the participants could self regulate the discussion.
Ofcourse there would be mod in case something got out hand, and the basic S2KI rules would apply including the NO Nudity.
Maybe there was miscommunication as to the purpose of the backlot. Maybe one of the creators of the backlot could explain the backlots role and purpose...
Ultimately it is the Site Owners (Cthree) decision. We the customers/stakeholders are merely voicing our opinion.

You've fucking been here 106 days. You got the life cycle of a gnat or something?
This user is a toolbag.
it isn't as if there's some legal issue barring them from allowing it
It requires us to have age verification to view certain indecent or obcene content. Until we have such a thing: NO NUDITY. Considering the FCC won't allow people to say shit, literally, on broadcast TV, pron available to anyone of any age probably wouldn't go down well.
Back Lot is an attempt to move risqu

It's a place to discuss adult topics out of public view where your wife/boss/girlfriend/mother/cops won't see it (unless they happen to be members).

This is one of the most uptight, smug, politically correct, sponsors run the site, piece of shit site I've ever been on. If it wasn't for my love of Honda's and S2000's I would never visit. I still come back to laugh at all the BS shit that goes on here and check out some sexy S2000's but the majority of my online time is spent at websites much better than this one...
Every section is "Enter at your own risk" especially here in the OT, Politics, Backlot, Hotties and Corner.
People know the rules (or at least they should) before posting in a specific topic/forum subsection. A moderator/admin will step in if the topic or content of the thread has violated the rules. You agree to the rules, Terms and Conditions everytime you post. If you DO NOT like the rules, then you have choice and free will to visit other forums that allow what you are looking for.
If you CHOOSE to enter don't get offended when the content has been edited because the OP or any poster has broken the rules.
I disagree that they are uptight here, or politically correct and everything negative you've mentioned. The rules attempt to keep this site clean. This site has to cater to a very wide demographic profile. Trying to balance the needs of customer/stakeholder, and keep them happy is a logistical nightmare. Unfortunately when you balance the needs and satisfaction of thousands of people from different backgrounds there will always be that handful that are never going to be happy.
As for the Backlot, the OP is merely confused by the rules and the purpose it serves.
