the story you described is a bit confusing to me: you're saying someone you know was raped by some teenager at knife point? she's called a slut by her parents? are her parents chinese? i should slap her parents for saying $hit like that to their own daughter, no matter how she's acting.

police should be called, forensic evidence should be collected ASAP, and the perpetrators should be caught and tried as adults.

the girl should seek counseling ASAP.

1. so you heard (or actually witnessed) the crime?
2. did the girl call the cops?
3. did the girl tell her parents?
4. did the girl seek medical attention (check for STD and others)?
5. did the girl seek conseling?

 

If i was in your shoes, I would report this to local P.D. Although there is a certain amount of respect for one anothers "secrets" this goes beyond all of that.
