I'm going to an all you can eat churrascaria restaurant tonight. $30, 15 seasoned meats, slow roasted over an open fire. You get a little marker. One side green = keep the food coming. One side red = I'm ****ing stuffed.

Holy I have never been so happy to poop in my entire life. Know that odd thing that happens where you're sitting at your desk, the coast is clear and you fire out a real stinky poop snort and the second it's out somebody walks in and wants to have a lengthy conversation which you know will be accompanied by the perfume you have just released? Yeah, that happened. Funny thing is, I kind of nipped this one and the second she sat down in front of me I took off to the other side of the office and sat on the window ledge to carry on the conversation.
The second she left I ran to the bathroom and engaged in the most satisfying session of my life. I now feel I have a solid understanding of what it's like to birth a child. From your bum.
I'm glad we are all able to take part in eachothers' movements. It's what makes this place so special.
