Keep in mind we had to find a way to save the econmy from crashing. Paying off the debt will not do that. However if bush gets reelected i am sure our economy will start to get better right as he enters his 7ths year and on the 8th it will do good, and then all through the democrate that gets elected it will do good and they will get all the credit for it! bad spelling i know but i am to busy to be accurate

You guys gotta understand that much of that debt is not from foriegn countries. Much of it was aquired from America's own companies.

Did you see that John Stosell?sp? report on myths? He basically said it's a fact there has never been a Republican in the whitehouse who has ever shrunk govenment. The report also stated in Bush Jr. govenment spending is up 20% w/o the cost of war.
