So do all meteorologists think the general public are retards? I've got my TV going in the background and this guy has been talking for the last ten minutes repeating the same thing over and over. I dont know how many times I can take "there *could* be a tornado", "its possible a tornado could be on the ground", etc. I mean if they dont know if there is a tornado on the ground or not stop breaking in and run the damn ticker on the bottom of the screen instead!

 

yeah, the meterologist just now on the news said there's a "teensy weensy chance there will be a thunderstorm each day this week". TEENSY WEENSY???

 

I've often wondered... if they are going to say there's a 50/50 chance of ..whatever, why they even bother? I mean thats light.. its might.. or might not... flip a coin, we don't know. And EVEN WORSE..if its like a 20% chance.. well, that basically means yhey are betting against them selves... that makes no sense either.

This meterologist went on and on for a good while last night after I posted this. Then he started talking with some guy in the weather room or something like that over the air. The guy in the weather room said in a casual normal tone that the National weather service has confirmed that there are NO tornados in the area. The meterologist paused for a second. I busted my gut laughing my a$$ off. Then he kinda started to back track then said that their is still a tornado watch for the next 4 minutes. WTF? This guy needs some help. I guess he just wants to be on TV.
