Be yourself man, cut the off for dogging you and leave it alone. Drop the sadness and all that crap, you got played, you learned something, move on. I may not have been dogged like that before but it happens to the best of us and their is not a thing you can do. Think of it as a blessing in disguise. Do you want to date a chick who has other relationships online waiting as second string?

Go if you want to... and if you bump into the girl there treat her with respect and courtesy. Don't end up getting bent out of shape or treating her bad because she doesn't want to go out with you.

 

Just go and have fun. Forget about her. You're going so you can be around your friends and cars. Don't let one person prevent you from having a good time.

 

But don't keep your eyes darting around for her the whole time, or it will ruin that day for you. Try to forget about her for a bit and have fun.

As for the tiffany necklace, try to sell it. Not sure the best place.. I probably wouldn't buy a tiffany necklace off ebay from anyone, unless it was CHEAP, so you may lose your ass on the deal. But you learned a lesson.. The first necklace you give a girl should always be pearls...

Wow some of you guys are harsh! IMO treating someone like crap because they hurt you doesn't make a situation better, but to each their own... I don't think you made a bad choice in risking your emotions - you can't gain unless you risk.
Go with your gut - if you think the trip will just be too difficult, don't go. But I think you owe it to yourself to not let her ruin what could be a really great experience.
