Postworkout nutrition is a highly debated subject. Some people jsut say eat real food, some say protein shake and some say load up on simple sugar carbs and then protein later. I'd recommend to try different things to see what works best for your bodytype. I would at least use a whey protein shake for right after your workout, you also want to have at least 30-50g of dextrose/sugar and add some creatine mono hydrate also. Or you a can just buy a creatine supplement, Size On by Gaspari worked well for me. The most important thing is getting fast digesting protein (whey) after a workout.

I use glutamine powder in my shake because the immune system boost, I haven't been sick in forever.

I do use weight gainer/protein right after workout...its about 500 calories, 35grams of protein and 60 or so grams of carbs so that should help out

Creatine I used before, but the only thing with creatine is once you stop, you loose a lot of weight because you loose all the water in your muscles from the creatine...

I see no advantage of taking creatine

I don't wanna be a body builder. I'd just be happy getting up to 150lbs. That is pretty funny though.

Do you do squats and dead lifts? If not, you better start. Eat more, mix up your routine, and for the love of god, work your lower body like a mother ****er.

Do whatever I'm doing because I can't stop gaining weight. I'm not even trying.
