I work out my lower body, but then again, not that much. If I skip a day of workout, its most likely going to be on the days I would do legs........I HATE doing legs, it hurts soo damn much!

You need to do squats and dead lifts, or I imagine you will never breach this plateau.

if you want to do it the easy way just eat mcdonalds three meals a day. you won't have any weight loss issues for sure.
