Need Legal Advice

Let me take a guess:
She's single or divorced
She's going through her menopause
So she can't do anything to you, but I would consider moving out whenever you're free from your work or found a better place.

Check
and Check
Furthermore, the horse renters are behind us saying how they're so sorry about what she's trying to do, and that they don't know why she can't get along with anyone..
We saw a nice place tonight, and hope to move by the end of this weekend.
DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! This isn't legal advice, just something I've heard is a good thing to do in order to protect yourself. Every time she does something nasty, speaks to you, whatever, note down the date and time, what happened, and who was around. If she flips out and you come home tomorrow to find your stuff on the lawn, you'll have documentation to back you up. If she actually goes through with a proper evection procedure, you'll have documentation to back you up. If she tries anything funny and you need to get the police involved, you'll have documentation backing you up.
This blows. I rent out a condo (studio apt really) and I have learned first hand that the landlord really doesn't have much power to do anything in a pinch. Everything needs to be court ordered and in advance notice, even for breech of contract. In this case it doesn't sound like you violated the lease agreement AT ALL. What a bitch.
Thanks for the support all. And no, we have not violated any terms of our lease agreement. She's just completely belligerent, and can not handle anyone standing up to her BS. When I think of all the favors we did for her over the years it makes me sick.
This morning she was banging on the floor (our ceiling) with a baseball bat non-stop for a good 30 minutes. This was at 6am. When we left for work she was yelling something at my wife, and flicked me off as I drove away... I really wish I had a video camera for all of this.
