If money is truly no object. . . start looking for a professional decorator. . . and prepare for the money to get sucked off you faster than a Gold Club stripper.

I'm looking for something manly no decorator until I get married.

My apartment is going to have hardwood cherry floors all the way around so I want nice modern stuff to contrast it. I want to keep it simple and plane.

My budget is around 15k which I think is doable im not getting victorian and stuff thats too nice.

dwr is very nice. but pricey, I personally also like www.daniafurniture.com, not sure if they ship or how far etc.. they are in Illinois.

All depends on your budget. Its also good to mix and match. Few nice high end pieces with lots of "look" alike accessories lamps etc... Its all in how you pull it off. But yeah, depends how deep your pockets go.

Room and Board is also nice.

I'd go

Ikea $ > Dania Furniture $$ > Room and Board $$$$ > DWR $$$$-$$$$$
We have Dania out here also (Portland)...

Yeah I think I'll keep it at ikea.

I agree, DWR is expensive, however there are some tricks to get discounts...

- If you click here http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navc...9,GGGL:en&q=dwr then click on the very first sponsored link, you're get $50 off. Its not much but hey its something. They used to give 10% off the entire order off this trick that I used a lot.

- Also DWR tends to run monthly promos with product discounts and free shipping.

It is expensive but you get what you pay for and compared to other similar places, for what DWR offers, its priced very competitively. Right now I want to get the Eames Lounge Chair and Ottoman.
