Well, long story short, someone used my CC info and ran my bank account low before it was noticed. I have his cell # and any help would be apreciated. Instead of posting up the number, I want to find all the info out first, then it can be a free-for-all.

Did the bank fix it? I hope you weren't held liable for it.

 

Well, this was done over the weekend so its just now posting to my account. The bank said tomorrow once everything clears they will be able to get me phone #'s etc to where stuff was purchased. In the meantime im doing some searching and calling...

 

They should cover it for me though...Obviously since they werent authorized purchases.

hate to break it to you, but most scammers use pay-as-you-go mobiles to avoid this very thing.

you could hope he's a total idiot and used a tracable number but don't count on it.
