I agree... Either have a friend call in and get quotes on the parts you want, or better yet. Send an email to them using a different email address from what you have on record, that way you have the quote in writing, on paper.

So my friend called them today and they quoted him $1506 out the door for the same product. You guys think I should call them out on it? What would you do?

I would. But first, read over the copy of the contract that you have so you will know what it actually says in case they try to give you the runaround. Who knows, in the contract there could be something about getting "x amount of credit towards puchases at sponsor pricing."

If there is nothing in there about a "special pricing structure" that is used for you or for people with sponsorships, you should be in the right and I would definitely hold them to the price they quoted your friend at.

The company's whole purpose for a sponsorship is to get their name out there... And having the person they sponsor mad at them does not benefit their investment in you.
