IT Networking Questions
I need some help with the following IT questions. Your help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
18.3.) Could IP be redesigned to use hardware addresses instead of the 32-bit adrresses it currently uses? Why or Why not?
19.4) How many responses doesa computer expect to receive when it broadcats an AR request? Why or Why not?
20.7) If the datagram contains one 8-bit option and one 8-bit data value, what values will be found in the header fileds H.LEN and TOTAL LENGTH?
21.1.) Why is fragmentation needed on an Internet but not o a typical Wide Area Network?
23.2) Suppose a user specified a directed broadcast address as adestination for ping. What results are possible?Explain.
27.6.)Suppose that all the routers in the Internet contain a default route;show that a routing loop must exist.
33.3.) Estimate the size(in octets) of an IP datagram that carries one-quarter of a second of audio encoded in PCM, placed in an RTP packet, and encpsulated in UDP.
Hint:RFC 1889 defines the size of an RTP Header.
36.9.) What does a browser program display if a CGI program generates an invalid HTML document?Does it differs from what the browser displays if a static HTML document is invalid?Experiment with a browser to find out.
Thanks in advance.
