The new bose in ear head phones?
i'm currently using them now and have some custom ear molds on the way.
as for bose, i've been a long time owner. 901, wave radio, and recently the companion 5 computer speakers. bose does make some nice products although i can't endorse all bose products. there is some truth to the lows lacking on some of the speakers.
i'm not a bose basher but i'd recommend that you take a listen to their products.
the wave radio bests any clock radio i've heard and the companion 5 have been good to me. i've never spent retail on bose but i have got some reasonable deals elsewhere.

^^^ Thanks for the links. I didn't need any convincing. I used to like the idea of Bose products, back before I actually listened to them.
My mid-'80s system was a Mission Cyrus amplifier, a Rega 2 turntable, a Sony Walkman Pro (WM-D6C, I think) and a set of Linn Index speakers.
When I listened to Bose, I was blown away...by how bad it sounded.
This is the best Bose product I've seen to date:
