New guy at work gets owned

So this new guy at work with the supposed title of "Director of Business" (we're a very small company) who wasn't here for even 2 weeks managed to get the pink slip yesterday. We have a very open relationship with our coworkers with a laid back atmosphere so we found it kind of awkward that this new guy would shut his office door during key times of the day with the lights off in his room. Well, yesterday I was eating lunch in my room when another guy I work with gives me the finger motion to come out and look through the glass window of that new guy's office (that office has a door and a narrow window through which you could look into his office).He was facing away from the door, left hand on the phone, and the right hand ..... well I'll just leave that up to your imagination. So I had an idea - I picked up his line (central phone system) and recorded his convo for hard evidence. Needless to say, the convo was a bit on the steamy side (maybe one of those 900 numbers or someone he met through a personals site). The fool had the audacity to do it half an hour later so I compiled 2 audio files with the digital recorder. The guy is 7 ft tall, puts out approximately 400+ lbs of force to the ground - he's married too (does he not get enough at home??) ! Common sense is cheap for crying out loud - you just don't do these kind of things in the workplace sheesh. I've done some dumb things in my time in the places that I've worked in but this one takes the cake. A few days ago when he told us how he got fired from his last job, we thought he was just playing but now I dunno - prolly got the boot for pulling the same shit. When I walked in on him last week, he was like "hold on, lemme just get rid of this porn on the monitor." Now that I think of it, he may not have been kidding. Oh, and the ladies (albeit not agreeable to my tastes lol) in our office have been complaining about him making passes at them with suggestive comments and rubbing. Yesterday morning when he and this lady were alone in the morning, that lady told me that he said to her "we better stop coming in at the same times in the morning, otherwise I may not be able to control myself." Well now we know this guy didn't mean that in a joking sense. Some people still continue to amaze me beyond measure.
