Agreed, house is the better option. I am paying $440 a month now (that's my 1/3, i have 2 roommates) and it's just wasted money. If I bought a C5 or an S2k, that would be another 300-400, so that's around $800/month. Hell, that's a house payment!

If the Saturn breaks down or has any mechanical problems that are very expensive, I will need to replace her. I would try to find a used rsx type s for cheap or another saturn a few years old.
