I'm going to say it:

I think the front end in particular is incredible.

This design will grow on all of us, I assure you.

It takes a little while to get past the shock phase, as this car is not at all what anyone expected. This, imo is nothing even close to the R32, R33 or R34 in styling. Far more groundbreaking and unconventional. If you've been reading any of the future model Japanese car magazines, the sketches of the R35 GT-R in those magazines were way off on this one. I dont think anyone could have sketched or predicted a design like this based off of the R34 and assumed changes in design. People are saying how it has stolen styling cues from other cars. I ask you, what car has a front end that resembles anything close to this?

The way the headlights are integrated in and the shape of the front end...Its a beautiful thing.

I cant say the same for the rear however. I hope the rear grows on me. It probably will...

This car will be a beast! I cant wait to see one in person.

 

i like the rear end IMO s'nice!, but as you said it is ground breaking and unconventional, but not in the good way it is definatly going the direction of that ugly pontiac AZTEK(sp?), i thought the skyline gt-r was about racing not luxury, they may be chaning that with the R35
