Default Nigerians...

I've noticed that there are A LOT of online scams on Ebay, in emails, etc., mention involvement, shipping and making payment to Nigeria. Can someone please explain why so many of those scams are supposedly from Nigeria?

Maybe they have a college course for it?

Have you looked up 419eater.com? Funny stuff there. I use to bait scammers for a while, but never got really good like these guys.

Yes, as soon as the rest of Africa get he Internet, you'll get scams from other countries. For now you'll just have to deal with the same old Nigerian scams.

actually i read an article on this recently. Nigeria has a large population of highly educated people who are unemployed due to recent economies. there are a ton of people there with the intelligence to pull these scams. there are constant crack downs but you know how that goes.
