YES!!!!!!! Complete with scotch locks. QUALITY!

Anybody knows anything about scotch locks is that they will A. Fail within 6-8 months or immediately B. Possibly short out what ever is connected to it. and finally C. Starting a fire very good possibly.

Fake BOV, just as I thought ... It's meant to be a novelty and I have personally seen it in action on a few riced out Civics. Nevertheless, it costs just as much as a decent real BOV.
