Let's do Dim Sum again. Last week, after a drilling job in LA, my client contact, a really cool, old Chinese broker took my to lunch/Dim Sum at the Ocean Star restaurant in Monterey Park -- Atlantic, just north of Garvey, famous place. (I'd been there twice before.) About 50 people waiting out front for tables and we breezed right in to a private room. (Sounds like you at Full House.) He jabbered in Mandarin with everyone: "I know everybody here from the owners to the busboys." He goes there for lunch most every day with clients, business associates, and friends. They eat and he just drinks beer. His wife is a doctor and they make a lot of money but are always broke because they are putting four kids through college. A really interesting guy.

Sure! Sounds like real Chinese.......We have no concept of waiting in line. BTW< I dated the hostress from Fullhouse a few times now......I think her BF is really concerned. I gave that Mr.NoBallz Celica a middle finger one day.
